Capacity and values

Our human capacities
TBI brings together specialists in the fields of health logistics, energy and the environment. Each of them has led large teams of professionals engaged in research and development or program implementation in the three areas mentioned above. Together, they have nearly 200 years of cumulative experience ranging from frontline engineers to global health logistics managers. Several of them have played key roles in the design and conduct of public health logistics policies and programs at the regional and global levels.
TBI also maintains collaborative relationships with a range of African and non-African specialists who can be called upon to provide technical support in the execution of its missions.
Our values
In carrying out its mission, TBI and all persons working for it will observe a scrupulous respect for African values, including the following five:
- Respect for the human person, especially the elderly
- The respect of the work well done, hence the valuation of the quality
- Respect for ancestral values in harmony with the communities
- The respect of the living or inert nature, hence our attachment to the preservation of the environment
- The respect of the given word, because “the word has a greater longevity than the person who professes it! ».
Respecting these five African values will position us on the launching pad to promote our slogan “Health Energy and Environment for Life (HEAL)” and to honor our motto: “No one lacks health care for lack of products or energy in an environmentally friendly living environment.! »
